September 7, 2003 - Rebecca Borgstrom Signed for Weapons of the Gods
EOS press announces the signing of Rebecca Borgstrom, the writer of Nobilis and contributor to many fine roleplaying games, to work on Eos Press’ upcoming spectacular kung-fu roleplaying game, Weapons of the Gods.

“We’re very happy to have Rebecca on the team”, said Brad Elliott, the Office Manager of Eos Press. “The quality and professionalism of her work is respected across the industry.”

Rebecca has signed on with Eos Press to write the setting and background material for the game, set in Ancient China and focusing on high-fantasy wu-xia roleplaying action.

Weapons of the Gods is all about seeking your destiny in the Land of the Gods, a Mythic China set in 325 CE, where your adventures are only limited by your dreams.

The book will be rich in setting, allowing you to fully experience the Mythic China of that time, brought to life as only an experienced writer like Rebecca Borgstrom can.

Weapons of the Gods will be Tony Wong’s comic brought to life, rich and detailed with cinematic action and fantastic kung-fu. Also included will be the rules for the titular weapons, powerful devices wrought by the gods themselves and desired by all.

“I can’t say how happy I am to have Rebecca on the project”, said Aron Anderson, Product Developer for Eos Press. “We’re very fortunate to have her working with us, and that’s a fact.”

"I appreciate the opportunity to work on this project," said Rebecca. "It's a nice canon to build on."

“With Rebecca’s setting and writing on the project combined with Tony Wong’s vibrant story and pictures, we’re sure Weapons of the Gods will be one of Eos’ most promising game lines.” said Hsin Chen, President of Eos Press.

Look for Weapons of the Gods coming out this fall/winter from Eos Press.
