March 31, 2005 - WOTG Shipping Delay
To all of our interested customers:
Due to a number of factors beyond our control, shipping of our full-color hardback roleplaying game, Weapons of the Gods, has been delayed. We regret making people wait any longer, and want to assure everyone that their books are indeed coming.
To illustrate our sincerity when we say that the books have not sunk to the bottom of the sea or become Vaporware, Eos Press will be releasing the entire first section of Weapons of the Gods, "The Book of Wood," which gives the entire foundation to the game: game mechanics and character creation! This will be a full-color PDF that will go up on RPG Now for a nominal cost within a week or so.
But that’s not all. To presage the chapter’s release on PDF, you will also be able to download, absolutely for free, a full-powered Weapons of the Gods Character Generator! Written by Jake Baker, this program will allow you to build your characters from the ground up and print them out. The program can export to plain text, HTML, and even bulletin board code! It's available right now in our Downloads section.

March 27, 2005 - Convention Report!
Just a brief update on how Eos Press did at GAMA. We had a fine time,
showed off our products to many retailers, and got to see things that we'd
want to have! WOTG in particular was well-received, with a number of people praising it on its beauty and intriguing premise. Eos Press will definitely be present at both ORIGINS and GENCON (See banner below!). Speaking of ORIGINS: I spoke with Mark Santillo (one of the organizers of that show), and he reminded me that Creatures and Cultists is going to be a part of the 'CthulhuThon' scheduled at that show! So come on over to Columbus when the stars align and we'll try to destroy each other... AND THE WORLD!

March 25, 2005 - WOTG: The Wulin Tourney a Success!
The month-long Wulin Tourney was a bangup smash success. People who participated all had a wonderful time. At the end of the Tourney, all participants received a nice little gift - a Weapons of the Gods Die Roller, suitable for PC or laptop! Now, you too can download the Die Roller, and to make it better there are now die rollers for both Windows and Macs! Thanks again to everyone who participated.
