My friend Sam Stewart had an idea for a series of short films - a soap opera inspired by H. P. Lovecraft. At that time I had begun to develop a company that would produce serial audio drama for podcast. We decided to team up, turning the soap into an audio serial. We were working on the series bible when we realized the H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival was a month away. SEATTLE, May 9th, 2007 - Eos Press Welcomes the Lesser Shades of Evil RPG as its newest line of games!
Following its long-standing commitment to bring interesting and unique games to the roleplaying games market, Eos Press is pleased to announce its latest RPG Lesser Shades of Evil. Available in June, this new dark science fantasy has a fully developed game and setting, based around a future earth redesigned via high technology to fulfill a madman's dreams of a fantasy paradise. Encompassing both science fiction and fantasy genres, this meaty book (over four hundred pages) will give hours and hours of play.
A good game requires a unique setting, excellent mechanics, a beautiful format and a good value. Hence, no corners were cut, and no idea left out. Lesser Shades of Evil provides a complex setting and unique characters, is gorgeous and uses fun dice mechanics; I've worked hard to make sure that the game has all of these things, and look forward to people getting to play it!

Eos Press, the publishing company that has brought such games to the table like Abuse: The Final Insult, Creatures & Cultists! and the Weapons of the Gods RPG has a whole new look! To commemorate our newest games, the website has been redesigned and is now faster, easier to use and prettier to boot! Along with the new website, we've also commissioned a new logo more distinctive so you can find our games quicker on the shelf!
